RETURN POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
Tocaya strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges. Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of shipment and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of shipment. All items must be unworn and unwashed.
We offer two easy return options: (1) exchange for a free replacement item of equal value or (2) return for a refund. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.

SIZE CHART
Please note that due to the intense wash and dye processes Aviator Nation uses, each item is unique and some products will come out slightly different than others. If you ever get an item that does not fit you, we will gladly exchange it for you as long as the product is in new-condition, unworn and unwashed.
Hoodies
Our hoodies are unisex. They typically fit more true to size for women and we recommend that men go up a size.
Sweatpants
Our sweatpants are unisex. It’s not uncommon for women to order men’s sweatpants as they have pockets and offer a looser fit.
